I just love this boy! Here he is playing in between the mirror and the wall at Steve & Barry's thinking that I can't get him!
2 good mellow boys loving the car ride to the Painted Ladies
YES! You are seeing right, we got a Wii! Katie was smart enough to know that her husband knew something that we didn't when they walked out of Blockbuster. Steve randomly said, hey how much do Wii's usually go for? I told him and asked why and he said oh they have one in Blockbuster...I said, stop the car, drive back and get it! I have been looking for one for so long and they were just going to let it disappear! Luckily, we went back and bought it! I got home, threw on my pj's and started playing. Love it love it love it!
Our fun friends, Ilija, Katie and baby Peja down at the wharf
Joe loves this horse, he makes such a funny face when it first starts going
Yummy lunch at Boudin, which Joe slept through! Thank you sweet boy, that is very unlike you!
The boys before church, and Joe thinking he is going to get some Wii time!
Peja is such a cutie, he makes me feel so good about myself and just laughs at pretty much everything I do. Thanks for coming and visiting us! You guys are easy house guests and easy to please! We have to hang out again soon!

Tuesday Tell All...Professional Help & Laughing
Since I missed last Tuesday, I'm going to double it up this Tuesday!
Last Tuesday's topic was For what activity would you want professional lessons?
I would love lessons on photography...hint hint Patrick and Kera! I love taking pictures even if they don't come out excellent! I'd love lessons on finishing a basement...hint my sister in law Julie! She finished her basement and it looks like something right out of a Pottery Barn magazine! I'd love lessons on creativity. Creativity with anything, I always feel like I'm not being creative enough in the kitchen or creative with Joe so I'd love any tips!
This Tuesday's topic is What Makes you Laugh...
I'd have to say when me and my sister get together we have a pretty hilarious time. She makes me laugh until I cry, I make her laugh until she pees her pants. It's a pretty good time! I laugh when I see Steve & Joe wrestling. I love sarcasm and people with a dry sense of humor. Recently I had some family visiting, and I laughed a lot with them. I think I laugh easily. I enjoy stupid funny movies, my husband's laugh, Joe's laugh, and funny stories.

Joe-loves
Joe now has 11 TEETH! Which include the 4 front top, 4 front bottom, 2 molars and 1 that just cut on the top. I've only felt it once, since he is very picky about when I'm allowed to put my fingers in his mouth. He said 2 words today! Doggy and soft...doggy when we were reading a doggy book and soft when I kept asking him to be soft with his dad! Those are the 2 words that are now added to daddy, mamama, nonono, and hi hi hi hi. If you have heard him the hi is pretty funny!
He has learned that he does not need to hold our hands when he is walking and that he can tell us no and hide his hands from us. Really fun down the hills of San Francisco! He is such a good helper and is really enjoying playing with his new big boy tool set! He loves the choo choo train and for the most part enjoys being outside. He is fearless as I learned at my parents house with the pool and now I've learned it with him attempting to walk downstairs!
He is all boy and is VERY active, but when I see this face or get a sweet kiss when I'm not expecting it, how can you stay frustrated!? We just love him!

Home Sweet Home!
FYI...WARNING! There are probably 50 pictures on here for Grandma, Grandpa & Family...I know it's a lot but o well!
We ate lots of lunch at Cabo Cabana by Thomasville, yum yum! Don't you think this could be an advertisement for Cabo? Joe adores his Grandma & Grandpa!
Halfway through the trip my sweet hubby got to come from LA to Valencia and enjoy a couple days of vacation with us!
Love my mama! She is my bestest friend ever!
This is what baby Joe and JK did during conference. Thanks for trying to entertain him JK!
I met baby Ryan and he is such a cutie! Joe was actually nice to him and didn't try to get him out of my arms...He kind of just ignored us!
Grandma's big helper, loves to help with the silverware.
Cousin Max and Joe playing with sugar cookie cutters and Max telling me all the shapes and letters. He is so smart!
This is Grandma Sue with Grandma Sherry, her best friend, whose dog McKenna just had puppies. They are so cute and look like little cubs! Joe didn't like McKenna, but I don't think I would if I was that little and a big hairy something kept licking me!
My friend Terri from high school, she just got into USC where she is going to get her Master's! Yay Terri!
I came home after being at Thomasville for a few hours and this is what I found! So precious! Baby Joe never falls asleep with me, I don't know what it took to get Joe to this position, but I don't think I want to know!
Me bugging my brother Ben while he was trying to eat and watch Sportscenter
Joe and Joe just relaxing in the wonderful weather and Joe is curious about the water that kept spraying him.
Grandma got Joe some little boy banana's and he couldn't shove them in quick enough.
Steve got to get in a little golf with JK and Dad
Joe met his future wife Tylie and he was absolutely struck by her beauty, and a little intimidated because she was already dressed in Juicy Couture!
We barged into the Cannon's to see Dayna, Cannon, and Roman who were visiting from Japan. Her boys are so happy and cute!
Then it was home to hang out with our fun cousins, this is Blake sharing his ice cream cone with Joe. Blake loves me, he gave his first kiss to me and still lets me kiss him, thanks Blake!
Me & Joe, Mary Anne & Madison & Blake, and Molly & Carson, Carson likes me too! Yay! Mare and Molly are sisters and I'm so glad they came to see us! We have such a fun time together and we are lucky to live in California so it's not that big of a trip! Love you girls!
JK and his girlfriend Lauren. She is such a cute good girl for JK. Thanks for hanging out and making JK take this picture. Unfortunately I don't have a picture with Ron-bon :), Ben's girlfriend but I love her! They both have such sweetheart girlfriends, even though they are a little young! It's fun to have girls over because then they behave and don't beat up on me!
EASTER EGG HUNT! Isn't he just the cutest thing! He had to drag his basket down because it was too heavy for him and everyone kept sharing their eggs with him! Thanks!
From left to right Jamie(Emily's friend), Emily, Josie, Ehtan, Jack Jr, Gracie, Max, Joe, Maddie, JK and Ben
We love Grandpa!
My cute little man getting ready to walk into the pool, which he did with no fear!
Joe & Josie splashing...my poor little son is so white just like his mama!
I got thrown lots when I was little by my big brothers, pretty much it scarred me for life, and now I'm starting it with Joe, except he likes it!
Maddie, Emily, me and Gracie! Loved the weather! Love these girls!
My buddy!
Max being tossed by Uncle Dan! It wasn't so much the throwing that scarred me, it was these backflips!
Dad and JK having a tennis match. JK beat my mom, obviously she was not playing up to par because she's awesome, and so JK challenged my dad. He came close to beating him too! He's becoming quite the little athlete!
Max, our little gangsta!
Grace and Joe relaxing
He couldn't decide if he wanted to watch the tennis match or get back in the pool, plus he didn't want to walk on the wood chips
Mom and Tina watching tennis
Such a fun vacation! I love being at my parents where Joe can roam and go outside and walk on grass and be a boy! We were so glad that Steve could come and relax with us, because he doesn't get hardly any time off. We love our hard working daddy! If you've made it through this, wow, you are an amazing friend!

Valencia is not the same without my 2 faves!

Meags and Chels! Most of the time, I make my trips match with one of yours and this time you guys will be in Valencia at the same time without me! Valencia is just not the same without Meags coming over all the time to find mama Sue's treats, play with Joe and have some good family fun! And Chels, I think this has been the longest separation we've ever had! 3 1/2 months is too long! Tell Ben he needs to step it up! Love you girls! Ben, JK and I kept hearing that song Low and I was going to put it on here for you guys, but it was taking FOREVER so play it because playing that somehow reminded me of the sweet lay out days, the cheer competitions where the poor high school boyfriends would just come to carry around our stuff, curling the hair parties for my poor mother, limo to prom, drives through Valencia looking for who-knows-what, cookie pies, BJ's pizookies, drive to find the ghosts that Ali knew were there, Bachelor parties at my house, Glen Ivy spa day, and fun girl talks mainly about me, but then sometimes about Meags and how she's gone black and isn't gonna come back! That's why I vote Pax! Love you girls xoxo!

Joe's first zoo experience
I have been wanting to go to the zoo, but have been too intimidated to get there on my own. Luckily, with a little help once again from Heather and Kena, we went!
Joe & his friend the stone camel
Joe & Kena liked the still statue animals more than the real things, probably because they could slide off of them
Kena's first carousel ride!
What kind of friend am I? I leave poor pregnant Heather with 2 children going up and down at different times so I can take a picture!
Me & my love
Talk back to me, are you my friend?

Congrats Brady & Lacee!
Steve's best friend of forever got engaged last night April 8, 2008 and is getting married to the beautiful Lacee on May 8, 2008. We are so happy for Brady and Lacee! I am glad that Brady has found someone good enough for him that will take good care of him and keep him in line. I can't say enough about Brady that will get across what a wonderful guy he is. I love Brady because he never judged me and was my friend from day 1. I love how much he loves Lacee, not only can you hear it in his voice, but he says the sweetest things about her. I don't know Lacee very well, but I know Brady and this is why she is lucky to be marrying him....#1 He is very handsome...#2 He loves & lives his religion...#3 He is so hilarious...#4 He gives great advice...#5 He is going to be the best dad (besides Steve)...#6 He is smart, motivated, and talented...#7 He's good at golf...#8 He is honest, loyal, and trustworthy...#9 He has the BEST family, not everyone has the whole package but Lacee will be getting it ALL, wonderful sister in laws, brother in laws and Jim & Brenda...a mother in law like Brenda is hard to find...#10 He is the sweetest most genuine friend and we are going to have a hard time sharing him, but are looking very forward to getting to know Lacee because if Brady loves her, we love her!
Congrats guys! Can't wait to see you for the big day...can't wait for the future family trips, and Lacee, fyi Steve & Brady want to live next door to each other and share massive backyards someday...so you might be stuck with us!

Tuesday Tell All...Living on the Edge
If you could do something dangerous just once with no risk
what would you do?
Hmmm...when I see the word risk I think of business ventures and I think they are dangerous and risky for everyone involved. If there was no danger and no risk, I would love to open a business whether it be for Steve's passion or my own. I have watched my parents do it and therefore would love to do it myself one day.
I would love to work at a zoo or Sea World for a day with ALL of the animals going from lions and tigers, to bears and elephants, to monkeys and gorillas. I would really like to be on the other side of the fence with them, which would be crazy---especially at the San Francisco Zoo.
I would love to be a Cirque de Soleil girl for a night...and flip, fly, and bounce through the air. I love those shows!
I think motorcycles are SOOOO dangerous. Mainly because Steve and I have seen way too many accidents from safe drivers. If motorcycles were all of the sudden safe, I would love to take a ride with Steve through a beautiful canyon.
And lastly I could see myself jumping from a plane or bridge IF there was no danger!

Tuesday Tell All...Made By Hand
This week we were challenged to talk about something special in our home that was made by hand. Because I'm too lazy to take pictures and upload and post them, I'm just going to talk about these things.
The Christmas before we had Joe, Steve and I decided we needed to cut back on gifts. I understood because I seriously think I should have married Santa Claus. I love to give EVERY person in my family a gift and I like it to be an awesome gift...so to cut back I made these wooden plaques that say Home is Where Your Story Begins. I made one for each of my sister in laws (5) and one for my mom and mother in law and myself. I'm no crafty person by any means, but I loved that I was able to put time and effort into this for the wonderful women in my family. I tried hard to make them match the colors of their houses. I've been to 2 of my sister in laws houses and their signs are up in plain sight. That meant more to me than any monetary gift could have ever meant. Every time I see the wooden sign, I think of my family and the awesome blessing that they are to me.
I also love baby blankets that I have from my aunt Ilene for Joe & from my grandma that she made for me!
