K this part of the show was interesting...I would never let my little girls dance like these little girls on stage! Fortunately they were dressed modestly...The yellow car I think is a Lamborghini and it was like $300,000, CRAZY! It's a good thing you can't see the car behind Kim & Nick, it's a little nuts. I can't believe people would paint such things on their cars...All in all, another fun night!

This was the "normal" part of the car show we went to with our friends Nick & Kim Hatch. They are in the smartest car to have in San Francisco(mini Cooper), it could park anywhere. Steve took a shot in a beautiful Mercedes(aren't they all beautiful). Joe and I sat in a little thing to watch a video, which we didn't last through. Joe drove us in a cute VW something and we took a picture by an old classic!

I love Christmas! We went to Union Square, missed the actual tree lighting by about 10 minutes, but it's ok. We then met up with the Ence's and Mishler's at the food court. It was INSANE! There were lines and people everywhere, I got lost from Steve and I felt like I was in 3rd grade again when I got lost from my parents at the Atlanta Georgia airport. I started to panic, and of course Steve thought it was hilarious. We didn't have good cell service in the food court either so I couldn't call him. Also when I say food court, don't even think like hot dog on a stick or sbarro pizza. This food court like everything else in San Francisco is fabulous! I wanted everything but ended up settling on tri tip and potatoes while my very healthy son settled on french fries and knocking his dad's mustard on the floor for me to clean up. It was a fun time, fun to get out. Plus I had never been down there. They have every store possible. Tiffany and Co, Chanel, Dior, La Coste, Anthropologie, and the list goes on and on. Can't wait til Chels and mom come up here!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Happy Thanksgiving! Our baby boy had tons of fun getting into DVDs with a sweet baby girl, and then they went onto reading/chewing/him crawling/her walking/eating/drinking, you name it he did it! Unlike Mr. Mellow pictured above. He is such a peanut, I love it! We were invited to dinner at Mark and Tami's which was soooo nice! Thanks we really appreciated it! The pregnant girl is Jamie, I visit teach her and think she is the cutest mommy to be! She's lucky she has height otherwise she would've just gone straight out like me! The excited dad to be is Dallas and they are hoping for December 27th so say your prayers! Everyone was so nice to our little monster and I loved it. Ben even taught him the "bonk" and Mark tried to bully him and Alex took some pretty cute pics of him. I hope there was enough variety of pies for the crowd.
I love Thanksgiving! I am so thankful for my wonderful family and for Steve's great family. We are both so blessed to come from such loving homes. I'm grateful for our good friends and for this fun place to live. I'm so glad that we got our car back :) and now I'm going to be grateful that we have one. I'm grateful for a safe & clean place to live and for food, especially sweets! I'm so blessed to have a loving husband who every day works so hard to make a better life for us. And I'm so blessed to have such a wonderful son who keeps me on my toes and smiling! He is such a stud and we are having a ton of fun. By the way, he can wave hi and bye (first person he did that to was Grandma Sue) and has 8 teeth!

Yummy crepes

We were so very lucky. Dad took us to crepevine, yummy! I have such a sweet tooth so it was a wonderful treat. My buddy is becoming even more like his mom. I swear I have a pic of me reading books in cabinets and that is how he is. He loves reading, loves being in little spots that he thinks he's not supposed to be in :) It's so funny, he thinks he's hilarious. We think he's pretty entertaining.

Our Utah Trip

I forgot to tell about our fun Utah trip. We went there for Aunt Chelsea's bridal shower and my good friend Kevan and her husband Nate were sealed. Yay! Love you guys! Chelsea wanted some pics outside the temple, I was sooo scared my little sweetie was going to fall down the stairs. Our trip was crazy busy, but these were the only pictures I got. :) I never thought I'd say this, but I kind of miss Utah...We got to stay with our wonderful family in Alpine and they were sooooo much fun. I had the worlds best baby sitters the whole weekend. I got to get ready and take time getting ready, big change! My baby misses the attention and fell instantly in love with my nieces and nephew. Pretty much they are the coolest.

Joe can't get enough of his daddy...

Most of you probably know, Steve is down to crunch time preparing for the LSAT. His schedule is crazy and I guess Joe decided that the only way to see his daddy is to wake up between midnight and 2 to play with his dad. It's not just that he wakes up and his groggy, the second he sees his dad, he is Mr. Energy. It is great, Steve and I can't help but laugh. He is such a sweetheart and a trooper. He waves bye bye to his dad even though he is so not happy with it, but in 2 weeks hopefully our life will slow down a bit. Steve invited us to go on a dinner date last night and I had to get a taxi to get there. It reminded me of this Spongebob Square Pants episode Joe and I just saw. Poor spongebob couldn't get a bus if his life depended on it. He'd glance the other way and one would zoom past him... That was exactly me and poor Joe for about 20 minutes. I was sooo close to just screaming but finally I got one. Funny that I can compare my life with a child's cartoon :)

Here is the Baby Elvis costume along with his cousins that dressed up as the coolest dragon ever, beautiful Princess Belle, the most gorgeous Dorothy I've seen, and the heartbreak pimp :) Joe got spoiled with sugar and treats while we were at home. He figured out the ice cream was pretty cold AFTER it was all over his fingers! He had a routine popsicle with Grandpa Joe every night which he absolutely loved. If anyone can believe this, I walked into the living room because baby Joe was laughing and crying and I see MY dad on all fours crawling around after him and growling. If you know my dad, your jaw has probably hit the ground by now in shock. It was so cute, I wish I had my camera out. We really enjoyed ourselves and had tons of fun seeing family and friends while we were in town. Well, there you go Mary Anne, I updated my blog. :) xoxo

K it's been a little bit, and Mare, my wonderful cousin said I needed to update. I don't even know really how to use this thing. These are some highlights from Valencia. Baby Joe with his "buddy" uncles. He met his mama's good friend from elementary school, Chelsea. It was so good to see her. It has been 2 years, but she is so good with keeping in touch. In her planner, there was a pic of us from a Peter Pan play we were in in 2nd grade. She was the alligator and I was a lost boy. It was so cute, I still think she looks the same. We had a ton of fun with my parents but missed Steve a lot. He was a sweetheart to let us go and had gorgeous red roses and treats waiting for us when we got home. More pics to come...
